Paul Ciniello is an Information & Communication Technologies professional and one of the resident music nuts at Mediazoic. He spends his business days working as VP of Sales at another cool up-and-coming Canadian technology company, TekSavvy Solutions Inc.. Paul has spent most of his professional life in the corporate world and pulled together many successful business partnerships between Fortune 500 companies, basically making them all way too much money. Paul has a deep personal connection with music and the positive effect it has had on his life. Lately Paul has been hanging around the Austin Texas and Americana music scene. He believes the Austin scene has many similarities to the Canadian scene but all concentrated in one city of a million people.

Paul gets excited when he thinks about helping shape a new paradigm for the music distribution business. He is an obsessed amateur musician and sometimes music promoter trying to help unsigned bands make a living. If he had his way, worthy aspiring musicians (and other artists) would be subsidized by the government to continue to pursue their creative dreams. Paul would pay for this by overtaxing 28-year-old snotty nosed stockbrokers driving around in Porsche Cayennes, although he will admit in weak moments that he is just pissed that he doesn’t drive one himself.
